First time here & it won’t be my last. The place has a very relaxed atmosphere, it’s clean, well lit, the staff were excellent. But of course the most important thing … the tapas was amazing. Definitely will recommend trying this out .

First time visiting with my partner and my dog since it was dog friendly which is lovely. We had some cocktails which was delicious especially the cherry Bakewell! It was a quiet evening so service was quick and the atmosphere was peaceful. Will be back for more cocktails again soon and maybe to try the food.

Came for a coffee which was of a great, hot enough to last but still very flavourful and a good consistency. Comfortable seating and sofas available, although it hosts lots of tables, it doesn't feel cramped or crowded. QR code ordering makes it so you're not having to queue or miscommunicate your menu choices. Decor is quirky and gives a nice distraction to other people dining. Toilets are downstairs and down more stairs but there is a more accessible toilet available that I saw after returning up stairs and stairs.

The food and drinks for 3 adults and 1 child come to 70.00, which i would say is slightly expensive, but the food and drink was worth the money. The service was quick and they were all polite and professional. The decor of the restaurant was lovely and quirky, and the outside area was lovely in the son.

Ponto came highly recommended from friends so today I visited for a gluten free lunch. I have to say that I was very impressed! It’s in a great location in the centre of Hull and has a very welcoming atmosphere. It was quite busy for a cold Thursday but we quickly found a table. The gluten free menu was enormous! I had a really hard time choosing as there were so many delicious options. There was also a Vegan menu and a comprehensive choice of hot and cold drinks and desserts. The interior is quite quirky with lots of paintings and framed prints on the walls and some wonderful 1950/1960 glassbowl lampshades over the bar area. The seating ranged from comfortable settees to traditional tables and chairs and the higher tables. The staff were efficient and friendly with good attention to detail. Customers included family groups with babies, couples and solo diners across the age ranges. NB I don’t know if there are any accessible toilets, but the main toilets are down some very steep steps! I would feel very comfortable to dine there alone. I will definitely be returning!
